The 'Big Conversation' transforming the future of urgent care service

Overview

East Berkshire Clinical Commissioning Group has an opportunity to redesign the way urgent care services are delivered with the input of local people from Bracknell, Ascot, Windsor, Maidenhead and Slough.

Urgent care services are for people who have an injury or illness that needs attention the same day, but it is not life-threatening or life changing.

This survey launches the second phase of the ‘Big Conversation’ about urgent care, and has been designed to give local people an idea of some of the things that have been fed back to us and test those views on a wider scale.

Please take part in the survey and help shape the future of urgent care.

We would expect this survey to take no longer than 10 minutes to complete.

If you would like to know more about what we mean by urgent care, the challenges we are facing and how you can help to shape the future of urgent care services, please watch the video below or download a copy of our Issues Paper under the Related Documents section below.

What Happens Next

Once the survey comes to a close, East Berkshire CCG will analyse the results form the survey and the local conversations we have had and produce and engagement report.

This will then be used to help develop options.

If the options are for significant service change, the CCG will go out to full public consultation.
